The Opigno LMS installer requires that the ./sites/default/default.settings.php file must not be deleted or modified from the original download.

PHP max upload size should be set appropriately so you are able to upload H5Ps and other media.
Post size settings
PHP post size should be set appropriately so you are able to upload and store H5Ps and other media.
Post and upload settings
PHP max post size should be bigger than max upload size. Neglecting this is known to cause issues in some installations.
SSL settings
The setup should have SSL enabled. SSL ensures a secure connection with the H5P Hub.
